Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully wrap the glass and metal components in their original protective foam and boxing to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
